Neil is a former military intelligence analyst, bringing a more skeptical eye, sharper questions and a deep need to see the evidence before getting carried away.

In 2016, the Antarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna, or ANITA, which had been set up to monitor cosmic rays from space suddenly started detecting some of those rays actually emanating from Earth.
